Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Sagar Darshan Guest House services.
1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings at Sagar Darshan Guest House are subject to availability. To confirm a reservation, valid document details are required. A booking confirmation will be sent via email
2. Rates & Payment
Room rates displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless explicitly stated Prices are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the selected room type, rate plan, or promotional offer. We are taking payment only in check it time
4. Check-in / Check-out
The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM, unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully. Any behavior that causes disturbance, nuisance, or damage to property may result in refusal of service or eviction from the resort without any refund.
6. Liability
Sagar Darshan Guest House shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises, except where liability is mandated by law. Guests are advised to use provided safety lockers or secure storage facilities for valuables.
7. Special Requests & Accessibility
Special requests including extra bedding, dietary preferences, or accessibility requirements are subject to availability and may involve additional charges. Guests are encouraged to inform the resort in advance to facilitate arrangements.
8. Changes to Services
Sagar Darshan Guest House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or facility due to maintenance, safety concerns, or operational requirements. Wherever possible, guests will be informed in advance of such changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
